Environmental Policy
The Environmental Policy of the Hotel Villa Steno is committed to developing four main objectives:
I. Always maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
II. Maintain a high level of gratification of its collaborators and employees;
III.Prevent risks to the health of customers and collaborators, both in the field and in other spaces used for work activities;
IV.Prevent negative environmental impacts and, in general, environmental emergencies, through the correct application of Internal Operating Procedures by all Organization personnel.
The Top Management and the RSA are committed every day to pursuing the company objectives through the application of an Environmental Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standard, as well as with mandatory laws and company ethical criteria.< /p>
In carrying out its activities, this company guarantees:
• That their work activities are carried out respecting the environment, monitoring and minimizing electricity consumption and CO2 emissions;
• That the use of detergents with environmental certifications is implemented;
• That constant attention is guaranteed to the satisfaction of compliance obligations, keeping the documentation relating to safety updated;
• That the Environmental Management System is monitored and kept updated through Internal Audits, Management Reviews and the recording of system Non-Conformities;
• That the Environmental Policy is periodically reviewed, updated and communicated to its staff and to the external public;
•To limit the use of electricity from non-renewable sources;
On the basis of the commitments set out, measurable objectives have been defined which are monitored during annual reviews by the Management, in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Environmental Management System.
