Twice per week we organize a cooking class and you will make pesto with fresh basil using the pestle and the mortar. You will also make gnocchi or tagliatelle. After it you will enjoy what you made in a beautiful dinner on our lobby balcony or panoramic terrace with great view.
You will be the cook
The class will start by making the pesto sauce in the mortar like old ladies made it many years ago. You will discover that pesto is a lot more tasty made that way.
After preparing pesto you will prepare fresh homemade pasta (gnocchi or tagliatelle). This will be fun and easy to do it again when you will be back home.
The class starts at 06:00 pm and last one hour and a half.

Eat what you prepare
After the class you will have your dinner with pasta and pesto you made. Dinner will be on one of our balconies enjoying the view.
Not only pasta with pesto, but also fish prepared in the oven with a traditional recipe and our homemade Tiramisù.
Important: in case of bad weather the class and the dinner will be in the hotel lobby and not on balconies.
