After difficult months it is vacation time, but in safety
During the last few months we have lived through difficult times and faced a situation that we never thought we would have to face today.
Now, however, the desire for a holiday is right and there is here at the Hotel Villa Steno we are ready to welcome you in safety by respecting all protocols and implementing all the guidelines aimed at guaranteeing the safety of our guests and that of our staff with 'sole objective of making your stay as safe but also as relaxing as possible.
The hotel reopened at the end of June and is ready to welcome you after sanitizing the air conditioning system, which a specialized company continuously monitors.
To ensure everyone's safety inside the hotel, we must together respect some rules:
- When accessing the hotel from the outside, it is mandatory to disinfect your hands using the disinfectant gel dispensers made available at each access and wear the mask. If the customer is not equipped with a mask, the Hotel will provide him with one. The mask is also mandatory in all common areas
- It’s mandatory to keep the safety distance with staff and other guests of at least 1 meter
- Buffet breakfast is not allowed. It will be served at the table and à la carte and the menu with the list of our products will be provided to you at the time of booking and proposed again upon your arrival. It is also possible to have breakfast in your room at no extra charge.
- Our outdoor panoramic terrace remains available for guests to relax enjoying a beautiful view of the historic center of Monterosso and the sea, perhaps while sipping an aperitif, without the obligation to wear a mask, but making sure to keep the necessary distance between safety from others.
- Our rooms will be thoroughly sanitized with virucidal and antibacterial products for medical and surgical supervision and we also sanitize with the force of steam to increase safety. The bedroom linen comes from industrial laundries which guarantee the proper sanitation of each garment.
